SSM Health in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin is actively recruiting for a part-time (0.6 FTE) Rheumatology Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA). We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to become an integral part of our established department. Our highly skilled team diagnose, treat, and rehabilitate adults and children with rheumatic and immune system diseases that affect their joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments, connective tissue, and bones.

Requirements:
Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
Experience in Rheumatology strongly preferred
Strong communication skills, fostering positive patient-provider relationships
Commitment to staying current with advancements in healthcare and continuously improving clinical skills
Keen on learning and growing professionally
Position Highlights:
Part-Time (0.6 FTE) 100% Outpatient role
No Call/Nights/Weekends
Varied schedule of three days per week in conjunction with the Rheumatologists schedule
Practice independently once onboarding is completed
Practice at a single site; the clinic and hospital are in the same building
The APP may also write prescriptions and medical orders
