SSM Health Dean Medical Group, a physician-led organization with more than 500 providers, is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our thriving practice in Dodgeville, Wisconsin, located just 45 minutes west of Madison.
This is an outstanding opportunity to practice the full spectrum of outpatient Family Medicine while enjoying a flexible schedule, excellent specialty support, minimal call burden, and a compensation package designed around your personal and financial goals.

Call Designed for Quality of Life:
The call schedule is light and designed to support work-life balance:
- Approximately 6-10 weekday call nights annually and about 2 weekends per year
- Primarily phone-only calls, triaged first through a call center, with rare in-person response

On-site support includes:
- Specialty care including cardiology, dermatology, ENT, neurology, oncology, pulmonology, rheumatology, sleep medicine, urology, infusion services, and more
