Northwest Allied Physicians, in partnership with Northwest Medical Center, is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified General Orthopedic Surgeon to join an established, high-demand practice in Tucson, Arizona. Practice at a flagship, 287-bed hospital capturing a primary market of over 1 million residents-delivering an immediate, high-volume patient base, strong health system stability, and an exceptional Sunbelt lifestyle in Arizona's second-largest city.

Join 6 physicians and 4 PAs
Estimate call 1:6
Level III trauma (123K+ ED visits in 2025)
287-bed hospital with 16 fully integrated, modern ORs; Additional access to 2 affiliated ASCs
Dedicated blocks and Mako availability; 24/7 anesthesia support
EMR: Cerner with Suki AI scribe technology
Fully-equipped clinic with experienced support team; clinic adjacent to medical center
Robust specialty support: Infusion, wound care, ID, Endocrinology, Rheumatology, Pain Management, etc, through the Northwest Healthcare network
The Joint Commission accredited with specialty certifications in Total Knee and Hip Replacement as well as structured Joint Camp classes
Established referral base supported by 37 physician clinics, 16 urgent care locations, 2 freestanding EDs, and an extensive employed primary care network. Additionally, Northwest Healthcare's affiliation with ACGME IM and FM residency programs support practice growth.
