• Join the team of 1 FT/1 PT/3 PRN OB Hospitalists, 1 OBGYN, and 4 APPs 

• 500-600 births/year 

• 7 24-hour shifts/month 

• Level II NICU staffed 24 hours by Pediatric Hospitalists & NICU Nurses with access to an on-site blood bank. 

• Teaching opportunity- FM Residents (in L&D 24/7) & Medical Students 

• In-house specialists available for consultation/collaboration in patient care, i.e., Cardiology, Orthopedics, Reconstructive Surgery, Anesthesiology, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required. Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible. Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges. Above average communication skills. Ability to work with a team. Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa?physician license;?Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
