Opportunity Details
Position Type: Full-time (1.0 FTE)
Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5pm
Location:3925 32nd Ave Ste 300 Hudsonville, MI 49426
Specialty: Family Medicine Physician, outpatient
Team Size:5 providers, 3 triage nurses, 3 Front Office Staff, 9 Medical Assistants, 1 Clinical Pharmacist, 1 Care Manager
Teaching Opportunities: Yes - Residents, Medical Students, Fellows
Call Requirements: Phone Call only. 1-2 weeknights a quarter and two 12 hour weekend call shift a year.

Requirements
Board certified in their respective clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe defined by the applicable specialty board.
Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
DEA license
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
Providing direct patient care
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Participating in teaching and mentoring
Documenting in Epic EMR
Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
Supporting community health efforts
