Practice: Sunshine Rheumatology and Arthritis Center

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Rheumatologist to join our expanding team (Largest Physician Rheumatology group in Florida). As the 11th physician in our practice, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of our patients while enjoying the benefits of a well-structured and balanced lifestyle. This position offers a 4 1/2 day workweek with no inpatient call, allowing you to focus on outpatient care in a relaxed and supportive setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, compassionate care for patients with a wide range of rheumatologic conditions
Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage ongoing care
Maintain an excellent patient experience through effective communication and follow-up
Compensation & Benefits:
Sign on/ Relocation Bonus -$30000
Competitive Salary: Starting at $260,000 annually, with the potential to earn more through performance-based bonuses. Partnership Opportunity: After three years, the opportunity to become a partner in the practice.
Work-Life Balance: 4 1/2 day workweek, outpatient only, no inpatient call

Requirements:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Rheumatology
Florida medical license or eligibility for licensure in Florida
