The ideal candidate will be a graduating Rheumatology Fellow (2026) or a practicing board-certified/board-eligible Rheumatologist with a strong interest in long-term practice and partnership opportunities. Requirements

Provide comprehensive outpatient rheumatology care to a diverse patient population. No hospital call or in patient work.
Manage 18–20 patients per day in a well-supported clinical setting
Participate in Friday and weekend call from home, alternating with another rheumatologist
Collaborate with a collegial team and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered environment
Utilize advanced EMR and AI technology enhancements to optimize workflow and reduce burnout
Stay current with the latest advancements in rheumatology and incorporate evidence-based practices
