Hiring a Famly Medicine physician to join a Southern California multi-specialty medical group with a happy and cohesive group of 20+ providers in Lancaster, California.Opportunity Details
- Work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm - No Call (4-day workweek possible)
- New graduates will receive tremendous support and be mentored by seasoned primary care physicians
- Option for additional shifts to generate additional revenue (Urgent Care, Hospital)
- On-site Radiology, Laboratory, PFT Lab, Pharmacy, 24-hour Urgent Care, Infusion Center, Oncology, Podiatry, Rheumatology, and Pain Management Departments
- Guaranteed base in the $250K range with performance bonuses up to 10% of base
- Potential for signing bonus and/or resident stipend
- Offering a great benefits package that includes generous paid time off for work/life balance
Community/Location
Nice community of 120K, located 70 miles from Los Angeles and 100 miles from Ventura County, for easy day trips to the beach or the metro area. Plus, you are close to the Angeles and Los Padres National Forests, with camping, hiking, and biking trails within a short drive.
