Job Opportunity: Rheumatologist

Location: Bend, Oregon
Compensation: $325,000 with potential for additional earnings

We are currently seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Rheumatologist to join our expanding Rheumatology Department. You will collaborate with a team of esteemed rheumatologists, providing outpatient clinic services and administering infusion treatments in a state-of-the-art biologic infusion suite. Our organization is dedicated to our mission of lowering healthcare costs for all patients in Central Oregon by continually offering and expanding outpatient services within the community.

As the largest physician-led and professionally managed multispecialty group practice in Central Oregon, we operate 11 locations across Bend, Redmond, Sisters, and Sunriver. Our team consists of over 180 providers across 40 specialties, delivering care to more than 60,000 patients in the region. We have established ourselves as leaders in quality care, achieving a 4.9-star rating on nearly all value-based contracts, ranking in the top decile for customer satisfaction, and earning a perfect Medicare Quality (MIPS) score from 2021 to 2023. We take pride in our patient-centered, high-quality care model that emphasizes keeping healthcare costs low for both patients and the community.
